There is a buy order at 4 ref but according to the rules:

Exceptions when buy orders don't necessarily counter lower sales

Numbers Matter - if there is only 1 lonely buy order and 3 sales lower than that it probably doesn't counter.

So considering we have 2 (+1 just out of date) at a lower number than the buy order, this should be fine.
