Fatty has a cash sale for $3,108, the agreed amount per key was for $1.68, which was gotten from Mannco. (as in the price)

The closest key mini that I know of off the top of my head was on November 5th (the sale happened on November 30th), which ended up being 1.66 (would make the sale ~1872, but with rounding it gets back down to 1850, if rounded) with the average key range being between $1.62 - $1.70, so if both parties agreed to the amount 1.68 I think it'd be okay to use here.
