Overestimate an item because of a change in the price of items in a transaction? something new, somehow I don't even know.

Yeah with the new price change of the gpan and I also noticed that your sunbeams modest got revised. It's usually what people will do. We'll see more of the price revisions for more items after this, since my pan suggestion was almost outdated, Rouzen.

It seems really disingenuous to use an already validated past sale (and current one used for the price) alone to increase the price of the item by a nice chunk just because the items used to buy it increased in value. The value of those items were *at that time*, so using this decently old sale with no other recent sales doesn't make sense due to the fact this suggestion was *already* approved months ago.

Yes, that's what I meant. Firstly, this has no effect on the economy and will not bring anything useful to society, but will only increase your numbers. As I said, the price of gpan 2 months ago it was like this (at that time), it was not outdated or not relevant.

This is no different like I said earlier

the darkblaze tossle suggestion is very different. the suggestion at 3400 was when the frying pan was clearly outdated. the sale on that tossle cap occurred 3 months after the golden pan was priced, its price was no longer valid, hence it wasn't going to work. this is significantly different to the situation here, where the sale on the VVF occurred only a month after the pan got updated to ~3750. claiming buy orders were higher (especially without proving it) does not invalidate the price, especially with an overwhelming amount of sales at, or lower than, the low-end of the pan.

Citing from my Darkblaze Brown Bomber suggestion, which was quoted by Half DutchTiger:

Anyone who’s been watching pan prices knows that even a month after the pan reprice it was outdated, I bought it in November for exactly 3900 and even a month after that they’d climbed up to 4000 and recently beyond even that. I’d like to use the new average of 3920 because it’s better representative of what had been paid for the hat.
