This suggestion is fine, but I wish proper reasoning was given to why the other sales are outliers:

87 Keys is below buyers, outlier.

The Defragmenting Hard Hat will also be low, as it was dumped to a buyer. It'll be an outlier on both sides.

The existence of these two sales, and the 120 Key sale, makes 155 very high.

120 ultimately ends up being the only valid sale here with all of these factors in mind.
