Whether this becomes 20 or 21 based on that seller is probably inconsequential. Primarily in this case where its only a few ref away from rounding up.

With the nature of these suggestions (where we wait for sellers to mature), this could become an endless cycle of resuggesting which will benefit no one. Arguably, you could redo them all at ~1 key lower, but I see little merit in the effort to resuggest them (especially considering it could be relisted at 19 to invite longer waiting times again).

While I am not a fan of buyout drops, this suggestion (and the two other ones that I'll accept on the same grounds) show that in some cases, its clearly necessary.
