You need to check for other sales. There are around 30 Strange Holy Grail Burstchesters in existence and it is very unlikely this was the only sale that occurred in the last 3 Months.
Look like you are right. Last sale was 8 january. Is that mean i need to change my suggestion? Like 19-23 keys?
You should probably read the full rules and look at some other suggestions first.
In the best case you should check all item histories for trades in the last 3 months, list all the items here and compare the inventories using the compare function of backpack.tf to see what it was traded for.
You can only suggest a price like 19-23 if you can prove that this hat has sold for both 19 and 23 keys in the last 3 months. Atm I can only see 20 (marketplace) and your 23. Unless you have proof of a sale at 19 keys you can‘t put that in the range either
There probably are more sales though. Sadly it is very tough to find those though without BP.tf premium.
