Since sale 1 and sale 2 are the same person, taking the lower value of sale 2
I think both sales should be valid here
A mod will say whether or not it is, but iirc when someone buys something and sell it for less fairly quickly then you only take the lower value, has been the precedent in older suggestions as well
This is true, if it sold within a month for less (so it went 895>810) then usually you take the lower value.
New sale: used in a golden pan trade, we agreed to value the war pig at 810 keys (suggestion price)
