There's a suggestion that I can't remember is on whose profile, but basically the precedent is, if the buyer/seller only just says "it's more than (x)" but doesn't provide proof that it is, then it can be priced.

So unless ender provides that he paid more than 150 this is still valid.

Feel free to make a counter-suggestion if this sale is wrong in any way. From what the compares show, this seems to be the whole sale.
