Hey mate,

Unfortunately the Circling Heart Hawaiian Hunter is out of date, so is the Blizzardy Storm Conjurer's Cowl and Tesla Coil Wing Mann and The Bone Zone Ludicrously Lunatic Lunon Fedora

Essentially all of the hats are out of date and need their own suggestion.

Even at their outdated price, the total sum is more than 90 so I'm not sure where you got 90 from ;c
