Sale #2 is not bulk. It seems pretty obvious just looking at the compare links, but it does seem untraceable.

According to Kolt it seems to be a cash sale, but there's no direct proof of that currently.

Sale #3 is not bulk either, by definition. It sold with a Spectral Fire Fleet Commander (47.5 Keys) and 20 Keys for a Revenant's Rack Tundra Top.

This sale is better used for the Tundra Top of course, but the Shadow Shroud here does not fall under the threshold to qualify as bulk.

Sale #4 is not bulk, it's a buy order dump for 56 Keys.

Sale #5 is not bulk, it's simply untraceable.

Sale #6 sold for ~55 Keys, at least seemingly. This sale is likely incomplete.

Sale #8 is not bulk, and the histories do match. It sold with a Massed Flies Murderer's Motif(Outdated at 13) for a Vicious Vampires Shadow Shroud.

This sale is now too old to be used for the Vampires Shroud. My point is, that the Phantom Plague Shadow Shroud would have to be worth 13 Keys or less for this to actually classify as a bulk sale.

This suggestion will be fine, but you seriously need to stop calling sales "bulk" when they're clearly not, as that will lead to the sales in your suggestions being misinterpreted.
