Last suggestion is was not on the spelled one so sadly spelled can't be used here (see Exceptions)

(you can use it as a mini on the hazmatten though)

I don't think spells matter much on hats that only have a few copies TBH. There have been quiet a few price adjustments on hats that have spells since it is rare to get prices depending on if 1 or 2 hats move.
