We're requiring suggestions for Strange Unusual weapons and War Paints to be suggested under the Strange quality (orange background) rather than Strange Decorated (white background with an orange border). The orange background is more easily discernible from the white background, so we want to make it intuitive for people viewing weapon and War Paint prices.
