there is no sales that i can use to price berliners helm, so the sale can be excluded, right?

How is the first sale bulk? It clearly sold for ~25 Keys.

The second sale is also not bulk, it clearly sold for ~24 Keys.

I doubt stn would sell for less than they would buy, so the ~24 Key sale is likely incomplete. The 25 Key sale is still perfectly valid, however.

There's also a new sale, although it's untraceable, it's very likely that it sold for 30 Keys:
