While current buyers are higher, it's very hard to ignore over 100 sales of data. Considering sales still manage to happen as low as 18.55 within the past 7 days (you could argue there's 3 sales at 18.55, if we count the 18.61 sales), that should be used to represent all the lower sales in this case.
I disagree, crosschecking the price of the Paint on the SCM, it looks like Sell Orders are the High ones, they are about 1/3.3 the Price of Key. However, I do think my range is high though. I'll probably keep this up for around 24 hours though.
