The histories may suggest that these new sales were tradebacks, but with what the sales show I don't think that's the case here:

I suppose it wasn't technically resold for less by the owner? Since the timeline is 44 -> Overclocked Softcap -> 27. If anything, the fact that the buyer from the 44 sale bought it back for 27 indicates that it was a good enough deal for him to re-buy it after having sold it already.
27-44 should do here.
