I think there's a fair argument to be made here to include 33, even if it's below current buyers. 42-52 (let alone 50-52) is clearly too high with two sales at much less, and 42 flat isn't exactly ideal as it did resell for less at 33. Including 33 accounts for the discrepancy here, with the low end being a bit too low, and the high end being a bit too high. Conveniently, the median for 33-52 also comes up to 42.5, achieving a similar outcome to 42 flat.

33-52 should be alright here.
