You cant fully remove the name tag from strange uniques, just rename them.

Yep, it's the same for description tags as well. Although it only applies to Stock Strange Uniques, e.g. Scattergun, Sniper Rifle, Grenade Launcher. Weapons like the Market Gardener, Wrap Assassin, or Rescue Ranger can have name and description tags removed. Also Strange Normal weapons aren't affected by this, since the tag functionality is a byproduct of the base quality being Unique + Stock.
2k even for a clean one would still be pretty crazy
