It doesn't feel right to use 125 for the Burly Beast here, you're just complicating your own suggestion for no reason by making the sale go above an unsold.

You can still use the 125 sale of course, but the price for the Burly Beast should be 120-125 for this mini.

122.5(round to 123) - 10 = 113.

Not rounding is the better call here, since this would still be above the current seller otherwise. Resuggest at 113.
