I do not see a reason to classify 9.55 or 8.44 as outliers. 8.44-9.55 should be perfectly fine here.
like the 9.55 one relly needs here ? classifides now doesnt match that price, you mean prices need to be more accurate for future market ? This is the only thing I can understand from the new rules
Yes, the intention is to keep the price ranges updated for a longer period of time. Sales have much bigger priority than sellers or buyers now.
Buyers and sellers can still be used as counter-proof in some instances. But generally speaking, if there's a high volume of sales, that price point will need to be included.
There's 9 sales at 9.55, that makes it more than valid enough of a price point in this case.
