Only 10 sales as opposed to 30 at 1.66 and 46 at 1.55. Every single unsold currently is sitting at 1.66.
Normally I'd be more lenient here, but it's pretty clear that the current price is perfectly fine. This doesn't need to be updated as of right now.
Do you think they should not be included in the range? These sales seem to matter here and should be included
This is a very unique case, since the difference here lies between updating the price for a half-scrap difference, or keeping it outdated.
I'm normally more open to including these sales if the price change is drastic enough (which, 99% of the time it is). To say that, in another suggestion including the 1.77 sales would be fine. But, what's happening here is that it's being implied that 1.55-1.77 is more accurate than 1.55-1.66, which does not seem to be true at all judging by everything that's been shown here (classifieds, sales, even the most recent sales).
To put it simply, there's more evidence that supports this having to stay at 1.55-1.66, than that it's necessary to add 1.77 to the range.
