as you can see there is a lot more selling and bought for 6 and i know the listing on here don't count as they haven't sold yet but all for sale are sat at 6 or higher

I'd probably adjust this one to 5.77-6.77 or 5.66-6.77 IMO. The range you suggested has cut out 22 valid sales.
