Final Notes:

I'm not going to think too much about the exact high and low end (See Precedent). Classifieds don't help much, arguably I could use 73.33 as the low end; however, there are only Sales and none bought at 73.33, so it doesn't really makes sense making to make a Low End based off of a Sale (Which is usually High End).
