There are much stronger sales and purchases around the 18.77 ref area so i figure that he range mentioned would be acceptable, if that isn't the case, what should i consider not only for this suggestion but also for others in the future.

13.55-24.66 will be far too wide here, and tightening the range is not going to work either since buyers are so high currently.
