Where’s the value of the pan coming from here?
I didn't use the pan I thought it would complicate it as it's a spelled item. I just use the 100 key sale.
Buyers for the pan are sitting at around 94 - 100 keys with that exact combo. Either way this sale would be more than 100
I get that. The thing is there's a Mptf seller asking for 110 key for their gaze that's been there for almost 3 months now. If I were to use the buyers alone for the TS FH exo pan plus 15 keys. It'll be 115 keys which would be challenged by the 110 key seller on Mptf.

This would make the pan 90 keys when we use both the 100 and 110 key sales. Giving an average of 105 Keys minus 15 keys equals 90 keys

...I'm confused. Where's the mini for the Pan here? You're just repeating the sale above the 100 Key sale.
I was averaging the 100 key sale and the 110 key sale and subtracting the 15 keys so that would be 90 for the pan mini
So with sales at 90, 100 and 110.
I'll leave the suggestion as is since the range is 90 - 110 keys or an average of 100 keys
That's... not what I'm asking you. You're not supposed to be using the Gauzed Gaze sale as the mini for the Pan. You're supposed to be using the Pan sale FOR the Gauzed Gaze.
The Gauzed Gaze sale is not a valid mini for the Pan in this situation, so you have to look for another sale to mini the Pan.

I can make a range of 85 - 110 keys here or an average of 97.5 keys or round up to 100 keys.

It's not going to make much sense to value FH-TS below all the other spelled pans (hell, even non-pro ks ones) shown here. The lowest useable sale here is 95, and the highest useable sale here is 140, making for a range of 95-140.
This will put the Pan sale at ~102.5(117.5 - 15), which fits within the range.
