(or the owner of migo bought it then put it on his bot?) but this would be around ~90 anyway

37+50=87 keys, however, it appears that the owner either dumped this hat to a bot or lost it through gambling.

Excluding it doesn't make much sense if we're using a much higher sale (99 Keys). The unusable sale at 80 Keys to the scammer supports including it in spite of the bot dump/gamble, so you could see including 87 as a compromise for the 80 Key sale not being valid.

87-99 will be more appropriate here.
