SCM buys higher. Not sure about this.
I don't think SCM buyers can be relied upon at all considering a lot of times the buy orders are fake/expired, but don't disappear unless someone tries triggering them. There is at least one sale in the past month that is 9.5 or lower on SCM
Unfortunately SCM buyers are valid counter-evidence since it still means that people are willing to pay more than the current price you're suggesting, even if it isn't in pure
