This suggestion is a bit of a mess and might not pass because of that, but I think it should be fine as it caps buyout. If not I will wait to sell all the Cs2 stuff next week and resuggest.

Honestly a dope TC! Absolutely love the ghastly and phantasm effects! Bummer the inventory is private, but i hope the new owner enjoys this gem of a hat. :)
