I know technically we are supposed to round to 135 here, but since the Arctic Mole mini is obviously a bit high, it makes more sense to round to 130 which is what it would've rounded to if we took the lowest seller at 11.

Your mini for the Arctic Mole isn't really valid, but I suppose this will be fine since even if we just take the 11 Key seller, the sale will come up to 128 Keys, which rounds up to 130.
I encourage you to do more full suggestions for your minis instead of single sale minis. If it's not valid for a hat to receive a price suggestion, it's likely the mini is not valid, either.
