Considering the person who bought for 65 keys later resold for 51 keys, I think it is fair to ignore that sale altogether, considering their is now a cheaper unsold who is unable to sell theirs. With small margins and lots of sellers it should be fine to take a price suggestion that is a bit above buyers, which have been going down anyways.
