I don't think this is necessary. 179 was accepted as it was a healthy mid-point between the high marketplace sales at the time, and the quicksales that were below buyers. Just because buyer and seller listings changed slightly doesn't make a resuggestion warranted here.

Not to mention, the median price is practically unchanged. The current price is fine, this should be closed.
