5 ref looks like an outlier despite the reasonable amount of sales. 1 ref looks low and excluding it balances out the range. 1.66 isn't really a common trading point but including it will help account for the higher sales.

I have no idea how these are happening since there are multiple sellers for less, but sales are sales. I'll close this and wait for the market to stabilise
