Under normal circumstances I'd include both to give a good range, but there is a cheaper seller that has been unsold for 2+ weeks, another seller for the same price unsold for 4+ months, and the low-end sale (52) took months to sell indicating that it is not a quicksell, but a more accurate reflection of the hats true value, regardless of how close buyers might be.
