Yeah, this isn't going to work at the current state of the sales you've provided. With the exception of the marketplace sale, every sale here is losing significant value due to your choice of wanting to use buy orders as minis. The 1220 sale could very well be anywhere in the range of 1250-1300 in reality, and the 1090 sale (assuming the Brainiac mini was valid, which I'll get to in a bit) would've been around 1150-1200.

The Brainiac Hairpiece mini is also not valid at all, since the sale you found was for a Spelled Brainiac. As far as I can see, the Blizzardy Brainiac has no valid sales, which given how many hats in that sale require minis, makes the 1090 sale invalid.

The Hustler's Hallmark sale that you didn't use also seems to be in the ~1200 Key range, as the Hallmark seems to have sales at 1650 Keys: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198850794032#!/compare/1751241600/1751500800

Overall, this leaves three sales in the ~1200 Key range that are being invalidated due to improper/insufficient mini values. You could argue that the lone seller at 1100 gives some reasoning for 1026 flat to work, but I don't think that's going to be a valid excuse here.

The only sale that seems useable for the high end for this hat seems to be the Hustler's Hallmark sale, so I encourage you to give both it and the Morning Glory Samur-Eye a proper full suggestion if you want this to work. Otherwise, this will need to remain outdated.
