The problem is, if the guy you bought it off paid 27, I don't know if a suggestion can be made here, as 27-70 is too big of a range (a range shouldnt be more than double the lower end)

it was bought off a quickbuy, i thought that didnt count towards prices ?

I'm not a price mod so I can't give you a straightforward explanation but a quickbuy usually means near buy orders which it isnt exactly (highest buyer is 20) or there is 2 other sales that show its an outlier (e.g. 70 key sale, 50 key sale, 27 key sale would show that 27 is an outlier)
