Wpuldn't a range be necessary since there are 2 valid trades?

If item gets resold for lower it somehow the initial trade doesn't get counted don't ask me I don't make the rules.

Correct since it means that the person who paid 39 either regretted their purchase or finally didn't see the hat being worth as much as they paid meaning that 39 isn't an accurate representation of the hat's value

This means that the suggested 25 keys price isn't an accurate representation either.

It's a case by case situation. If 25 sold quickly or was sold to a quickbuyer/bot then it isn't accurate either, but if it was just listed lower and took a while to sell then it should be fine to use.

I bought it like an hour after it was listed.

In that case it could be argued that 25 flat is low, it would maybe be better to wait for a third sale

Closing this because I honestly don't want to deal with it.
