Unsold at 23 keys for over a month. 3.5 month MP sale supports B/O drop.

https://imgur.com/a/sx7H8fc - was 23.5-ish for most of the month then dropped to 23 on the 11th, 10th was the last day it was 23.5 but the difference is really sort of minor so I think it's stable enough to say a B/O drop to 23 is ok???????????????
