There should always be enough evidence to back up the new proposed value. However, it appears that the evidence is not strong enough, or cherry-picked in a way that does not represent the actual market value of the item. Therefore, this suggestion has been closed.

A very cheap, undesirable item. Purchased for $5 on Steam Community Market on June 3rd. 5/2.30 (key price at time) = 2.17

Sadly you can't suggest prices on the skins worth less than 10 keys. According to the rules:

Rules for Decorated Weapon Suggestions

(1) We will only accept suggestions for skins greater than 10 keys or ~25 USD on SCM in value. Quality of the item will not matter.

skins under 10 keys cant be priced through suggestions (unless some very specific factors are met)

also even though its an "undesireable" weapon, the paint costs over 30 keys. This suggestion does not represent the item value at all, even bad applies sell for way more than under 10% paint price.

Oh goodness, my mistake! Good thing I saw this, I had actually just added a suggestion for an Iron Bomber and was about to submit one for a Scattergun, all at the same price. I was unaware that skins under 10 keys can't be priced.
