Purchased for $39.99. Key price at the time was $2.27. 39.99/2.27 = 17.66.

For items between 10 and 30 keys you need to round to the nearest 0.1 keys, which means this would be 17.7 keys. Also your sale is outdated since it happened more then 2/3 months ago (usually sales up to 2 months old can be used on non-unusuals that don't move often, or past 3 months at a push, but older than that can't be used under any circumstances)
