The fact that it has been unsold for ~1.5 months @18.5 counters the sale @19.4.

They do round to 19 but just barely. With a 0.1 key difference we would have an unsold @18 and a sale @20.
Worth noting that sale 2 is a bot dump, which will be under 19. Both things point to 19 flat being high.
