I can only assume https://backpack.tf/u/76561199091010215 middlemanned the trade or something and got 13 keys for it.

So do I take 143 keys as the price?

It does seem like the trade was middlemanned. All 145 Key IDs match with .audin, so that does seem to be the true value of the sale. Any missing keys were likely lost through compares.

This should be fine.
