I recently bought one in market place for 39.95, very odd that this unusual has no suggested price.

With keys being valued at 1.94usd, i get 20.6 keys, i will round up to 21 keys in the value of the item, as sell orders by bots are also going for 21.

I would like to also add that, i am looking at the larger line of listings in market place for 39.95, bots here going for 21 at a minimum and then up, one user selling for 16, it is a bit all over the place but the majority falls in line i believe with 39.95 price, and on backpack the strange variant is the only one with a assigned value.

Maybe with a fixed price as a start this unusual might have a better time at getting moved.
