If this was a raise or a fresh price I would leave this outdated/unpriced, but since the current price of 27 keys is clearly too high I don't think that's necessarily the right option. I also don't think a buyout drop using only the unsold is a good idea either since there is still a sale, however it should still be used as the low end given the amount of time it's been trying to sell.
