https://next.backpack.tf/profiles/76561199059800460/compare?from=1754006400&to=1754092800 -- untrace, too many sales
Snapshot before sale:
https://next.backpack.tf/classifieds/snapshots/Cloud%209%20Well-Rounded%20Rifleman/688dc7b5ba87f7ff640c55b0 -- item is listed for 45 shortly before the sale
Assuming 44 keys 14 ref as accurate enough (45 keys would have pushed finil price by mere .5 keys) -> 44 keys
Sale 2
23.06.25 @ $85 / $1.94 = 43.8144329897 ~ 44 keys
Got myself one for 45 keys as well it that matters. Wouldn't have changed the range anyway due to rounding down. https://ibb.co/nMdVJ2r5
Plenty of further sales here to discover, I'll post the histories since u dont have premium :)

Wall of text ahead, cause I'm at a loss, sorry.
How do I interpret this from the rules: ""Quickbuy" trades and buyouts (B/O) do not count towards evidence." along with "The general rule is that evidence gathered should be as fresh and plentiful as the item is popular."
The items you listed seem to have been just dumped to each other by traders or quicksold by previous users to bots. Looking at snapshots, I have a feeling that traders tried to get rid of the item ASAP as it was loosing value/not selling. E.g. a few weeks ago the item could be seen listed for 57 keys: https://next.backpack.tf/classifieds/snapshots/Cloud%209%20Well-Rounded%20Rifleman/687cd4ea7a59ec5c1401fd14
Thus, I used sales that are most recent and to whom I assume to be the end users (not resellers). Because, then how do I define a quickbuy if not a purchase at a perceived discount with goal of reselling at real price to make profit? Does it stop being quickbuy if trader buys from another trader? Also, how "fresh" the evidence should be as mentioned in the rules?
P.S. The first one is the same as https://next.backpack.tf/item/15925484551 (used for suggestion already) somehow.
sales are valid <3 months. Quicksells are counted as under current buyers usually (although the rules are fairly outdated, they were written in tf2 outpost days)
I'd recommend looking at this: https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/79020-guide-how-to-make-an-unusual-price-suggestion-2021-edition/
It's almost midnight, my brain might malfunction but, anyway here's more sales. If I won't finish making suggestion for some reason, everything that is done will be posted here in the comments like this for other to (maybe) complete the work.

Consolidation (for now)
(44 + 48.33 + 48.31 + 43.8144329897 + 44) / 5 = 45.6908865979 ~ 46 keys
Might look at snapshots tomorrow
