For Paypal trades you would need to use the forum paypal key price, not mannco key price.

so 2060 / 1.61 = 1279.503, or just rounded to 1280.

Unless you are able to find specifically rates for August 8th, it'd be better to just use that value.

The comment that woah posted has a link to another suggestion done which does pull data from active buying and selling posts on the forums to determine what a key should be valued at. If the suggestion for keys/ref are too out of date, that would be what you would need to do. When you're looking at this page for key prices, you should primarily look for posts that are from users with either high trust or high traffic (usually both). The only other key price we would use is either if it sold on Marketplace or Steam Community Market, where we would use the key prices on the day of the sale (or in the case of scm, the prices of keys for the surrounding week)

this suggestion would be an example where it is needed to use scm prices for keys, which is where sometimes values like 2.30 USD is found, which is often different than the forum prices of like 1.55 - 1.8 at times
