Honestly I think it makes more sense to just wait for a second sale here. While it is above the 50% threshold, its not by much and the Law has a large range in valuation. Given the owner is reselling, it makes sense to see what it goes for after it resells in order to give a more accurate price suggestion

An accurate price suggestion would include 380 since it is a perfectly valid data point. So if it resells, I can always give it a range, so there isn't any reason to close this for now.

Close to bulk which is why it was left open. But the sale is more than 50% and another sale hasn't happened here.
