Closing statement:

This B/O drop is definitely required as there has not been any movement for any of the items since Jan this year. It also looks like it may have been used in gambling anyway as it was traded a lot in a few days then dumped back to a bot. Because not just 1 bot has had it listed for quite a while plus it being 5 years out of date, a B/O drop is definitely required.
