Suggestion: Cloud 9 Dapper Dickens at 81 keys

1. This unusual was bought as a quicksell that was likely listed automatically from a bot. It was only listed for two days before I swooped it up, if I remember correctly.

2. Other effects often held at lower values are listed higher than the suggested price.

3. Given that both previous sales were at 95 and the hat is still 1/2, I feel there is very little reason to suggest that it's value would suddenly drop by such a large margin from one single bot sale.

Because of this, I feel that the current value of 95 is more accurate. Do take this comment with a grain of salt as I'm unfamiliar with the rules regarding this price suggestion meta. Thanks for hearing me out, and I'm happy to get feedback if I'm wrong!

It’s been listed at 85 for over a month, got dumped to bots for 60-80 multiple times, listed on STN 5 months straight, zero interest in this hat, and the person who paid 95 just dumped hat to bot, clearly, even he didn’t think it was worth that much. So I’m sure the moderators will back me up, 95 is simply too high.
