Given that we now have sales at 80, 120, 120.5, and 131.57k, seems like 120 is a common trading point, supported by current classifieds, even though Shaula's is unsold at 120k we've had a sale of 120.5k pure after this listing, as well as the sale on marketplace. Will disregard the marketplace sale as a high outlier above the unsold regardless, but also exclude the 80k sale as being low, since majority of sales are around 120. Seems unnecessary to resuggest the 120.5 as a 120-121 range as well given it's mixed, so keeping this at 120 flat for now.
