Given the context of the lower two sales including a dump and a mixed-sale, and the higher end sales on marketplace selling at similar price points to before the key inflation, trimming the two lowest/highest sales seems the best way to remove outliers and ensure a range at a common trading point. Cutting off at sellers would omit 75% of sales, and not properly reflect the common values of 185-190 this sells for. Removing the sales at 165/169.5k as well as those at 209/210 keys leaves us with 185, 188, 189 and 190. Taking 185-190k as the range.
