While it's impossible to know if its had its listing price raised/reduced as well as how long the listing is up, it being unsold at 56.49k~ (using the current 1.77 key price) and having buyers at 26.04k (again using the 1.77 key price) argues in favor of reducing the price here, as opposed to some natural appreciation in value.
